JOB PURPOSE

  • To assist the Operations Manager in the day-to-day operations of assigned
  • ALogis Artico cold storage facility.
  • To help achieve excellent customer experience by ensuring that the required
  • services are delivered timely (within SLA) and with quality.
  • To contribute in achieving the financial targets especially on the revenues set by
  • the management for the assigned ALogis Artico cold storage facility.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise the manpower contingents such as forklift operator, QA, checker and documentation assistant. Close monitoring of inventory for both inbound and outbound activities within the prescribed metrics by the clients.
  • Will handle the evaluation, preparation & renewal of service contract.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with the NMIS, BFAR, BPI, FDA, and others of assigned ALogis Artico cold storage facility and timely renewal thereof.
  • Working hand in hand with the Operations Manager, the Operations Officer shall be responsible for the start to end of the leasing process
  • Presentation to prospective clients
  • Market the facilities to be able to fill-in any available room/s or pallet position and maximize the capacity of the two facilities
  • Preparation of the offer sheets (rates subject to approval & in coordination with the Sales & Marketing, even with the Operations Manager)
  • Preparation of the contract of lease and / or renewal contract
  • Liaise with the other departments / team to address issues and/or concerns of the customers
  • Assist in collection of accounts receivable of the customers
  • Facilitate weekly operations update and report to Management the current operating statistics, concerns etc; and
  • Work with the Operations Manager/Supervisor in the preparation of budgets and forward plan

The Operations Officer will be responsible for day-to-day operational tasks, including managing operations, coordinating logistics, analyzing & improving processes, & communicating with stakeholders. They will work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations & contribute to the overall growth & success of the company.

  • EXPERIENCE in the logistics industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
