Access Healthcare is looking for Spanish Healthcare Claims or Collections specialist to be part of our pioneer team!

Work Description

• Handle self-pay accounts by contacting patients via phone, email, and mail to collect outstanding balances.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and in an office-based environment.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements with patient
• Process patient payments accurately and timely
• Ensure all payments are recorded correctly in the system
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts.
• Assist patients in understanding their bills and payment options.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations related to patient collections.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on collection status and performance metrics.

Requirements: 

• Must have B1 certificate 
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Collections, Healthcare Claims.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using collections software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Can work Onsite in Mckinley Hill, Taguig
• Can work on a permanent night shift
