- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems.
- Assist users with setup and configuration of IT equipment.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and monitor system performance.
- Document issues and solutions in a helpdesk system.
- Educate users on best practices for IT security.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of technical support experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in troubleshooting hardware/software, excellent communication skills, familiarity with network systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide IT support, resolve technical issues, assist users with software applications.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, occasional overtime, may involve shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, patience, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure.
