Responsibilities:


• Provides first line of support and resolves simple to complex technical and non-technical issues reported by users or systems.

• Translations of some documents from English to Thai and Vice versa

• Escalate concerns to the next level

• Provide excellent customer service

• Perform other related tasks

• Open for both Filipino and Thai National

• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course

• Fluent in both Thai and English

• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Technical Support

• Amenable to work in shifting schedule

• Willing to work in any of the following: Taguig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City
