Job Description

• Trade Marketing & Execution: Lead coordination with distributor teams to ensure effective implementation of national campaigns and innovation pipeline tracking.
• Promotional Planning & Management: Develop and oversee promotional strategies, ensuring timely execution, tracking effectiveness, and optimizing future initiatives.
• POSM Strategy & Deployment: Manage the creation and placement of in-store marketing materials to enhance brand visibility and sales impact.
• In-Store Activation & Engagement: Plan and execute consumer engagement initiatives, including activations, sampling, and promoter management.
• Agency & Vendor Management: Identify, appoint, and oversee external partners for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective execution and strategic alignment.
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• At least 5 years in trade marketing or category management role, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong ability to collaborate with distributors, retailers, and cross-functional teams
