About the role



Ecolab Philippines Inc. is seeking a motivated Planner (Supply Chain, Logistics) to join our team in our Biñan City, Laguna location. This full-time role is responsible for planning, scheduling and optimising the company's supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products to our customers.

Job Description

Develop an aggregate demand forecast and supporting assumptions monthly for use in the Demand Review and S&OP Meetings

· Develop short and longer term demand forecasts to assist business management in development of business and sales plans

· Establish, maintain, and utilize forecasting tools and processes for developing the demand plan. Key forecast inputs will include forecast tools based on sales history, input from sales & marketing and evaluation of industry/macro-economic trends

· Develop and manage key KPI to measure the accuracy/bias in demand forecasts to drive improvement

· Be the day-to day point of contact for supply planning, including the master production scheduler, to manage change and balance supply/demand to achieve optimal balance of customer service levels and supply chain efficiency

· Collects data and assists in decision making for the Business Units for Supply Chain issues including: lead time requirements, manufacturing, inventory levels, warehousing, customer prioritization and other related data.

· Establishes safety stock and target inventory to ensure supply availability at optimal inventory level

· Identify inventory risk and opportunities and recommend and drive action plans

· Regularly review, monitor, analyze and control inventories both finished goods, packaging and raw materials consistent with sales requirements and company policy

· Prepares purchase order or purchase request and send it to supplier

· Monitor fulfillment, delivery schedule and coordinates follow up of issued purchase orders and purchase requisition from supplier/broker.

· Coordinates with production regarding changes in production scheduling due to urgent need of customers, big volume orders and/or made to order products

· Prepares and submit related reports and update KPI monitoring

· Assist the Team on process and performance analysis for attainment of goals and continuous improvement

· Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time
