Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Operations Manager at PMC Philippines, located in Makati. The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, managing stores performance, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and implementing operational strategies. Key duties include coordinating with store managers, analyzing sales data, addressing customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring efficient operational processes within the stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Operations and Store Management for 10 years, with at least 3 years as Operations Manager
• Proven experience in retail operations management, preferably in a multi-store environment.
• Strong Operations Management and Analytical Skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• Experience in the FMCG, Retail, or Luxury sectors is an advantage
