Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology roles, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to drive hiring strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for technical positions.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top engineering, product, and IT talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruiting strategies.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices to refine recruiting approaches.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of engineering, software development, IT, and other technical roles.
• Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and ATS platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and meet hiring deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
