Syarat-syarat

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position, less than 1 year of experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Excellent communication skills for liaising with employees regarding their pay.
    • Proficient in computer literacy, including payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Familiarity with HR consulting to integrate payroll systems with HR practices.
    • Upholds a high level of discretion for confidential financial data.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Preparation, processing, and distribution of payroll.
    • Compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
    • Reconciliation of payroll discrepancies and validation of data.
    • Generating payroll reports for management and audit purposes.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role with standard working hours; may require overtime during payroll processing weeks.
