QUALIFICATION:

• 2 years CSR (Spanish) experience

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, offering strong communication skills and a deep understanding of cross-cultural interactions. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers/clients, translating documents, facilitating communication, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction among our Spanish-speaking clientele.
