Staff4Me is looking for a talented and motivated Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems to meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software while troubleshooting issues as they arise.

• Design, deploy, and manage system architectures to support business operations
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
• Collaborate with software developers and network engineers to integrate technology solutions
• Perform regular system updates and patches, ensuring compliance with best practices
• Document processes, workflows, and system configurations for ongoing support and training
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients
• Participate in on-call support rotation as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related role
• Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and application deployment
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and virtualization technologies
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) is a plus
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified{{:}} Azure Solutions Architect are desirabl
