  • Assisting with the implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures
  • Conducting research and analysis to support the HR team with decision making
  • Assisting with recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and regularly updating HR databases
  • Assisting with the onboarding process of new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
  • Assisting with employee relations and conflict resolution issues as needed
  • Coordinating and organizing training and development activities for employees
  • Maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all HR functions
  • Other general HR duties as assigned
